    Hello,

    I am taking over a client’s website and I want to post in the support forum but I am unable to register an account. I have the purchase code but it is currently registered to another account (this old account is no longer managing the website). Is there a way for me to reset that account and use the purchase code to register a new account?

    Hey Loewe,

    We can update the account for you, but we need some sort of verification that the license is actually yours. Do you know which email or user the account was registered with example?
