    Hi,

    I’ve purchased and registered about 15 licenses without any problem.
    Today I got following message in Enfold Theme Options when I wanted to confirm 2 different Privat Envato Keys for 2 websites after I’ve registered the new app.

    Another question: do I have to delete personal tokens from build.envato.com/my-apps/#keys when I generate a new one for the same website?

    Hi Bettina,

    The token used might not have the required permission, please make sure the following are checked:

    • View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
    • View your Envato account username
    • View your email address
    • View your account profile details
    • Download your purchased items
    • Verify purchases of your item
    • List purchases you’ve made

    Hi Nikko,

    thank you for the links – I generated about 15 token and all of them work perfekt.
    This time I checked all permissions for the last 2 token and both don’t work.
    Than I deleted the token an generated new ones and they still don’t work.

    Do I have to delete personal token from build.envato.com/my-apps/#keys when I generate a new one for the same website?

    Hi Bettina,

    If you have purchased 15 enfold then it would surely work for 15 sites however if you have some staging sites that use token as well then that might cause some issues (try to remove the tokens to staging sites). However, if you don’t have staging sites that use the token then I would suggest contacting an envato/themeforest support for assistance.
