    We are using Enfold Child Theme on our website – https://www.campra.org.uk

    Unfortunately, the person who designed the website, and who the theme is registered to, has died.

    Is it possible to transfer the theme to me please?

    We have admin access to the website.

    Hi Roy,

    Sorry to hear about your designer. If you are looking to transfer the theme license, then you need to reach out to Envato/Themeforest support, as we don’t have any access to their system. If you need to transfer a support forum account, then we can help you out with that.

    Hi Roy,

    Thanks for the update, but we can’t make any changes to ownership of theme licenses unfortunately. That is all handled by Envato/Themeforest, so I’m surprised that they would answer in that way. Could you share your conversation with them here please?

    Thanks for that. I’m not sure if the moderator on that forum is misunderstanding what you want, but we can’t help you out with transferring ownership of a theme license, simply because we don’t access to that system. Envato/Themeforest handles all sales related matters, and they can see who owns a specific theme license. Could you try contacting them here instead please? https://www.envato.com/contact/
