register forum account not possible

Hi, I want to register a forum account but it is not working.

The support forum was closed during the holidays. Please try to register again here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .

Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.

Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold

Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

Always post sensitive info in private content area so only mods can view the info :)

thanks for reply. But I cannot register and I could not see the Purchase code (cause it was hidden because I was logged out) – one thing I cannot do, when I cannot register… Can you help me to register??

Yes I am sure. Thats the API Key I am using for several years in my enfold theme. All the updates worked well until the Update from 4.4.1 to 4.5.
I worked with an agency and they created my website with an enfold theme. They put the code in my wp backend / enfold theme area. I never had to register for the forum but now there is that problem since weeks and I cannot update my theme and want the problem solved. It seems that I have to ask the forum. But without a themeforest account it is not possible to ask. The agency doesn’t exist so I cannot ask them… Can you please help me?

Hi,

It’s not the API key you are supposed to put in there, it’s the purchase code, could you try that instead please?

Hi Rikard, as I told before, I don’t have a theme forest account. And I cannot see the link you sent me, because I am not logged in. I got my website built by an agency. They don’t exist anymore. I cannot ask them for the purchase code or for their login data for theme forest… please help me – maybe with a new purchase code.. I don’t know…

Thanks for the clarification, though we can’t hand out purchase codes even if we wanted to since it’s all handled by Envato. If you don’t have access to the theme files or Themeforest then I think you will have to purchase a new license.
