Hi Guys,
I have been through this a number of times. My developer thinks he is giving me the info you need for me to register, but he keeps sending me the invoice #. I have bought enfold several times and need support from you all and access to forum.How can we work this out. I can show you the accounts from soul2soulhealing.com to brandawakening.com, etc.

Your developer won’t give it to you? Sorry for asking, but we don’t have a way of looking this up, all licensing is handled by Envato (Theme Forest). I took a look at one of your sites and see it’s quite old, v3.6.1 so you would need to renew the support contract anyways.
If you can’t get a hold of your developer, you could purchase a new license and register it to yourself, because you would only be saving about $12 by renewing your support versus purchasing a new license, plus you will also get the latest update and all of Enfold’s improvements.Best regards,
