greetings,
we are interested in purchasing the enfold theme for our website. Actually i´ve demoed the theme and also tweaked around with the dashboard through a friends site, but i would like to know certain things about the support i could get after purchasing:
– Does support for specific questions is only provided in the forums?
– Does small CSS changes (like color) can be guided and supported after purchase?
– Once purchased is there a guide on applying and changing the enfold theme?
-Also planning on purchasing the the theme through envato, apparently the support is only available for a limited time after purchase, can suppport be extended somehow?thansk in advance for your answers.

– Yes, we only provide support through our support forum. We also have Enfold community page on Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/groups/WordpressEnfold/ where helpful community of Enfold help each other but official support is only provided through support forum.
– Sure, we do not mind helping with small customizations!
– We have Enfold documentation here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/ which will be updated soon.
– 6 months of support is included in your purchase. If you wish, you can extend it to 12 months during your purchase or after your support period has expired.I hope these help! If you have any other questions, please let us know :)
