At one time (a few years back) I got the recommendation from you to wait before I made a WooCommerce update. I got the newest Enfold 4.2 – newest WP 4.9.6 – and wonder if it is safe to update til newest WoCommerce 3.4.2.

    Hey idespiran,

The latest version of the theme is actually 4.4.1. If you want to update your sites safely, then I would recommend that you create a staging copy of your site and perform the updates there first, in order to check and not compromise your production site. If you want to be extra safe, then you can try to follow a process like this: https://steadywp.com/#maintenance-updates-process-header

Thank’s I managed to update safely – but I do have one question – or two.

I got this message (below) – and since I no longer get emails with I receive a new order – maybe this is the reason ?!
But then again I don´t really know how to reset my cached files…

Attention: The last Enfold update added a lot of performance options. Make sure to read more about it here…
If you are running a caching plugin please make sure to reset your cached files, since the CSS and JS file structure of the theme changed heavily

    Hi,

No that has nothing to do with the emails at all.
That is related with the performance of the speed and it does control only that :)

    Best regards,
    Basilis
