    I am Enrico, customer success specialist at Pressable.

    With this email, I would like to let you know that one of the themes you sell, “Enfold”, currently has a bug where, over time it fills up the autoload options in the database, eventually generating memory exhaustion fatal errors.

    This bug is being reported by some of our customers which are using your theme.

    One of the autoload options that is filling up the database is called “aviaAsset_avia-head-scripts”, but there seem to be a few more that grow out of the memory limits.

    I’ll be happy to give you any more information you might require in order to track the problem down.

    Hey Enrico,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and enable “Show advanced options”. Then under “Unique timestamp of merged files” please choose “Disable adding unique timestamps”, scroll to bottom of the screen and enable “Delete old CSS and JS files” options and save. After that please flush cache and refresh your page a few times. Please do not forget to disable CSS and JS file merging and compression option in Enfold theme options > Performance temporarily as well.
