i hired someone to create a website using divy so i won’t be using this one,which it turns out i’m notqualified to use,after months of trying.this means i won’t use this theme.i made a refund request via envato platform about days ago that is still unanswered.is it normal?
i’m fully aware that you’re in no obligation to proceed to a refund.but it would greatly help if you did!

Refunds usually take a few weeks, the process is not very quick unfortunately. We try to approve them as soon as they get sent to us by Envato though, so please be patient, it will go through eventually if it’s approved by Envato.

But the problem now is that envato has already marked it as a dispute waiting to be solved,so i can’t start another one.
And at the time(about two months ago) the six months mark wasn’t expired,so i could still ask for a refund.whereas now i’d just get rejected
