the theme(Bright box – Business & Portfolio WordPress Theme)and the demo content that was available was installed and imported . However, a lot of content is missing if we compare it with the demo website.
we have been contacting the theme’s support all the time, and asking them for a proper demo import file but they are very slow to reply and they never gave us any satisfactory answer with proper files. Anything they gave us does not return a full demo content just like the demo websiteI would like to be refunded because I am forced to buy another theme, my website will have to be published in 2 days. I risk losing my job because of this.

Please contact Envato support regarding a refund. Since download and purchase processes are managed by them, take care of the refund requests as well.
Brightbox theme is fairly old, we would definitely recommend Enfold theme if you consider purchasing another theme for us. We are normally known to provide a quick support however after new year and Christmas, forums have been very busy. We are working on it :)Let us know if you have any other questions!
