This is a great looking theme, but not as easy as you guys sell it to be, think you are to experienced and forget a heap?
also the support forum is just to mammoth to search through… I think it will be easier and cheaper to pay someone to suffer all this..
I can not get the avia editor to work, and using a visual editor was important to me, cos I am a newbie… but all I can change are the menus… and wasted a lot of time trying to make the editor work and its really just not worth the stress and wasted time…
So how do we get the refund started? I see people are being told mixed comments, envato not making it easy and pushing it back on you? or are you pushing it back on them?
either way at least a simple refund would be nice after this waste of time… all it seems to do is set up people to pay for services, and I couldn’t even be bothered going through it all, any one in New Zealand who is good with this and doesn’t charge the earth?

Sorry for the problems, the Enfold Layout Builder should work out of the box though. Maybe it would be a better idea if we try to solve the problem for you? If you should need help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
If you still want a refund then you would need to contact Themeforest/Envato as they handle all sales related matters for us.
If you are looking for a freelancer then we recommend Codable, though you can likely find someone on freelancer networks as well.
