I could not download the theme from the file and have decided not to use it anymore. I purchased it a few days ago and would like a refund since I will not be using the theme.
Please let me know how to proceed in getting a refund on my purchase.

Also, we can install the theme for you if you post FTP and WP admin logins in private content field.I strongly believe that you would like working with Enfold once you get started however if your decision is final, please refer to @nikko’s post above.
