    Hi, I have purchased your enfold theme and have tried to customize it to my liking and I am unable to do so. There are a few issues that I have raised in the support forum without any replies. I am wondering how I can process a refund for this product. Thanks.

    We reply to all support tickets, could you link to the topics which have not gotten any replies please?

    If you want a refund then you would have to contact Envato/Themeforest.

    Normally we reply to each thread within 24 hours however depending on how busy the forums are, that may change and unfortunately forums are quite busy at the moment.
