Reducing Margins on 1/4 Page Layout Elements

Hi, I’ve looked around the site and found a few places where this was fixed, but none for the 1/4 page layout and I couldn’t seem to follow the exact route. I’m looking to reduce the margins of the layout elements (example attached) for the 1/4 page element frames. I’d like to reduce the spacing between both the rows and the columns. If there’s a code I can throw in Quick CSS where I can tweak it as necessary that would be perfect. Also, if you could let me know how I could go about the same thing if I were to use the 1/3 frames that would be appreciated as well.
