    I want to decrease the amount of space that there is on top, and underneath the horizontal ruler.

    It’s fine everywhere else, just ideally…. I would like to tweak it when it’s used on the home page.

    It is actually the column margin.

    body .column-top-margin {
    
margin-top: 30px;
    
}
