    Hello, we purchased and installed Enfold theme to our website and later our website started to go to another websites on mobile devices. We reset all of WordPress files, we deleted all of plugins and later we reset our hosting package but still problem continues. when we talked with our hosting service company they said this problem is because of a code in our theme.     Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, I can’t see anything strange on your installation, but I think it has been infected by something. What exactly it has been infected by is difficult to say unfortunately. I think it would be a good idea if you contacted your hosting provider to see if they can suggest a way forward for your problem. Your site most likely needs some sort of cleaning and I think your host would be able to suggest something appropriate which they have had good experiences with.

    Hi,

    We already contacted with our hosting provider many times and they reset our files, hosting pack and all other things a few times. When they delete our files there is no problem on our web site. Later we tried WordPress’s basic themes a few days and there was no redirecting problem. This problem occurs when we install enfold theme. We tried this 2 times and in both times problem starts with installation of enfold theme.

    Also when we ask result of this situation to our hosting provider says that this problem is because of some codes in theme or plugin. However we have just akismet and captcha plugin and enfold theme. So our hosting provider thinks that this problem is a result of our theme.

    Hi,

    Ok, thanks for that. Then I’m guessing that the theme files that you are uploading have become infected somehow. Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
