reclaiming account

Hello,

I work with a non-profit organization and their previous marketing person created a website for them with the enfold theme. We were finally able to reclaim our envato account in order to setup a tix with you here (our theme is NOT working with The Events Calendar plugin and it appears it’s a VERY common issue – and we need to fix that).

We went to create a tix here using our purchase code *deleted upon request* but it’s saying someone else set an account up with that license. We don’t know which person did but they are not working with us anymore. An email was sent to whatever email is on file, but not sure where that went, most likely to a person who used to help us and is not longer involved.

As a non-profit organization, we really can’t afford to purchase another license or support period, especially for a something that seems to be a common issue. We are hoping you can help with our issue, or at minimum allow us to get access to our account so we can put in a forum post for help.

The theme seems to work fine otherwise, but we are in a time crunch to get our calendar working – and The Events Calendar has worked on EVERY site I have ever used, except this one. So you understand the issue:

The theme is blocking TEC template’s settings so we cannot change how the single event template appears (the settings are visible when default themes are used, but not when Enfold is active). In addition, the RSVP add-on (which is crucial for us) is not showing up on the front end (settings are visible on the backend).

We really need this to work and because the theme is causing the conflict, we need your assistance. Can you please help us?
