Recent update broke lightbox popup form?

Hello!

We had a great poduct page popup form that worked perfectly for visitors to submit a question about a specific item or to book a showing in store, but after the recent Enfold update, the widget no longer hides the popup and is jamming the form into the sidebar.

This popup was created using instructions from Ismael on another thread, but I need some help restoring it to the way it was when it was working properly.
I need to take care of this issue ASAP, as the site is live and reverting to a backup isn’t feasible, as I like the new optimizations to Enfold and the site speed.
