    Dear Support,

    I recently added woocommerce plugin to my development website.

    A. I am having the following issues in the Product details page:
    1. When I click the “Show details” for any product, I see the Facebook Fan Page, Recent Posts, Archives and Categories appearing on the left besides the product description. This should not be so

    B. I have the following issue on woocommerce product categories:
    1. Are there a shortcodes for product Categories?
    2. How can I setup product category names be placed as sub menu items (for example, under shop) such that, when I click on a category sub menu, 15 products under that category are displayed on a page?

    A. Can you give us a precise link showing the issue? maybe screenshots would help as well (imgur, dropbox).

    B. I think this is more a questions for WooCommerce support and here I send you a tutorial about it: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/

    Hi!

    A. I can’t see what you are talking about “Facebook Fan Page, Recent Posts, Archives and Categories appearing on the left besides the product description”. For me there is nothing on the left beside product description. Can you provide us screenshots showing what’s going on? use imgur or dropbox.

    “How can we serve you better?”, “Page Views”, “Recent Posts”, “Recent Comments”, and “Facebook Fan Page box”, are all appearing above the product description in this page.

    Dear Andy,

    I tried your code.
    Even though “Recent Posts”, “Recent Comments”, and “Facebook Fan Page box”, appearing above the product description, have now been removed, the space they occupied is still there, causing a big space above the description, additional information and review tabs.
    Please, kindly look into this residual issue.
    I am at a loss as to why this issue should occur in the first place.

    Tried to open links you provided in previous posts, but I could not find a product description on your website showing what you mean. Can you give us a precise link please? Screenshots showing what you want to achieve would help us a lot. Use imgur.com or dropbox.

    Dear Andy,

    Please, ignore this issue. I have re-designed the website and temporary removed woocommerce and the link. I will re-install woocommerce again from today and enter products. If i experience the same issue, I will let you know by opening another ticket.
