    Hi,
    I don’t know how this can happen but I have been receiving all Enfold support requests from the Kriesi Forum in my gmail mailbox. Since Feb 10, I received over 300 emails…
    How can I make this stop ?

    Hey bandulet!

    Click on Account Overview > Subscriptions and then hit the x icon for each of your subscriptions.

    Hi Elliott,
    Thanks for helping me solve the problem.

    This happened because we are two different people working on the site with the Enfold template. Is there a possibility of subscribing another person, so if my friend wants to be updated and ask questions about the theme he could do it with a different login than mine, and then receive the answers to his topics to his own email address?

    Thanks for your help on how to facilitate our work on the site.

    Hey Bandulet!

    That would be only possible if your friend registers to our forum using a different purchase code. Otherwise, unfortunately that would not be possible.

    Hi Yigit,

    So as I understand it, if I do a web site after purchasing one of your template, it is not possible that my client for example can use your forum to help him update his own web site ? How should that work ?

    Hi B!

    Each profile on this forum has to have at least one license to register and post. You can share your login information with your client and use the same profile but we need to make registering to the forums with license mandatory in order to make sure that we are providing support to users who actually purchased a license.
