Customers are sending emails or at least think they do and i never recieved the, because of following error.
I dont know for how long time this happened but it´s not good at all!Please fix it asap!

It’s likely not working since you have disabled reCAPTCHA under Enfold->Google Services. Please activate it there and add your API details and try again.

If it was active people would send email and i wouldn’t receive, and this is negative for business.I already lost a customer because of this issue. I believe this came suddenly after theme update.

It doesn’t go through because the token_input key is missing. We may need to access the file server in order to debug the issue properly. This might be related to HTTP/2 but we can’t be sure until we’ve tested it. Please post the FTP details of the SE site in the private field so that we can check it further.

Thank you for the update. The account seems to be restricted to a blank folder. The folder contains the .ftpquota file but nothing else. Please check the FTP account restriction, or make sure that it has permission to access the root directory of the WordPress installation.

Thank you for the info.
We just found out that the spam protection doesn’t work only when the Flying Scripts by WP Speed Matters plugin is activated. We deactivated the plugins temporarily so that you could test it on your end. Please check the page in the private field.

Yes, you should keep the plugin disabled or try to contact the plugin developers and ask them if they could inspect the issue further.

The spam protection or recaptcha option will only work on the default contact form from the builder.
