    Hi, recapctha is no longer showing on contact forms.
    I also tried to create new keys several times, it doesnt work. It says key parameter problem but clearly the keys are correct.
    It suddenly stopped working

    Hi Jacopotj,

    Thanks for that, does it make any difference if you select to use the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options? Also make sure that you have selected v2 in the options of the Contact Form element.

    Hi, thanks. Yes i had to manually activate captcha with alb on every form . it used to be already activated i guess updates were made, the position changed too.

    Hi,
    It is deactivating my Recaptcha not allowing me to upload and send the documents but showing perfectly fine in my verification area.

    under my form it says “This contact form is deactivated because you refused to accept Google reCaptcha service which is necessary to validate any messages sent by the form.”

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    You have to accept the cookies and reload the page first. Only then you will be able to use the contact form, unless the Enfold > Privacy & Cookies > Default Cookie Behaviour settings is set to the first option (All cookies and services are accepted on first page load, user can opt out). You can also enable the Auto Reload Page option in the Advanced Options section if you don’t want to manually refresh the page after accepting the cookies.

    Thank you for the update.

    We can’t seem to access the screenshot without logging in to dropbox. Please try to use imgur or set the share settings of the dropbox image to public. Is the site using the latest version(v4.6.3.1) of the theme?
