Hello,
Same issue again after update/suddenly and people cant send email.
Everytime this happens it really affects me, so im very disappointed.Api keys have connection and it looks ok but i get the error msg when i and others try to send from https://www.zorbas.dk/booking/ and https://www.zorbas.dk/kontakt-os/:
Invalid form for reCAPTCHA sent.
Form could not be submitted. Please reload page and try again.
Name for token field was missing.I have changed it now to numeric check as it is not working and i cant afford if people cant send email.

Is there a staging version of the site where we can check the issue? We have to check the site settings and test the captcha widget directly. Please post the site details in the private field.

Thank you for the update.
We created a test page and added two contact forms, one with reCAPTCHA v2 enabled and the other with v3. We are able to send messages using both contact forms without encountering any errors. Please check the screenshot below.

However, we noticed that the theme is not yet updated to the latest version. Please update the theme to version 4.8.6.1, disable the cache plugin, and turn off the Performance > File Compression settings temporarily.

Ok, i have updated the theme to latest version. cache plugin, Performance > File Compression settings was already disabled.Do you want to have a look after to see if it is ok?
can the cache plugin, asset cleanup run fine with the theme somehow?
I want to run without issues and very fast.How can i do this the best way, what do you recommend?

Thank you for following up.
The contact forms in the test page are still working properly like last time. We added the link of the test page in the private field.
We are not exactly sure what “asset cleanup” from the plugin entails. You may need to contact the plugin author for clarification, or just create a site backup and a restore point before enabling it just incase.
