When I check your site it seems like everything is showing well, please see the screenshot in the Private Content area.
To add a screenshot of the issue that you see, please try using an Screenshot service and pasting the image URL in your post.Best regards,
MikeSeptember 16, 2024 at 2:33 pm #1467097I uploaded screenshot.
Browser has special mode called “READER MODE” which reduces styles (it is like AMP).
Your theme returns that reader mode is available, but website you have sent is standard mode.
In reader mode there is only one block from the middle of the site.
You can turn reader mode while pressing the “aA” button on the left from the url textbox in Iphone Safari.September 16, 2024 at 5:45 pm #1467125Hi,
I don’t see your screenshot, please add again, but I believe that the “READER MODE” that you are referring to removes css from the display of the site which is a specific browser setting and not available in all browsers, so this is not a theme issue. We will be able to check after a screenshot of the “READER MODE” setting that you are using and the result so we can reproduce.Best regards,
MikeSeptember 17, 2024 at 3:56 pm #1467204Dear Mike,
Could you be so kind to open Safari on any iPhone and reach https://buzaevclinic.ru. At the left of the url at the top of the screen you will see “Aa” symbol. Press it. It will activate “Reader mode” and this reader mode will show you only one middle block of the website.
Some users use this mode by default and search engines too. This error means that my website can be seen only partly for engines or users. If it is impossible to fix, it is reasonable to have “turn off reader mode or you will not see important information” message.September 17, 2024 at 3:58 pm #1467207https://img.savvyify.com/image/IMG-7753.9U1Vz here is screenshot
September 18, 2024 at 12:03 pm #1467305Hi,
Thanks for the screenshot, I have checked your page with Safari on a iMac, but the “Reader Mode” doesn’t seem to be an option, I don’t have a iPhone or iPad.
In my research I find that:Safari Reader Mode is a feature in Apple’s Safari browser that simplifies web page content, removing distractions such as ads, navigation menus, and other non-essential elements.
This means that the browser is blocking items that it thinks is a distraction, further
Safari Reader Mode has some limitations when it comes to customization beyond font size and style. While you can adjust font size and color, there are no tweakable settings for reader view in Safari.
This is not an error in the theme, it is an issue with the “Reader Mode” blocking elements, I didn’t find any way that this can be changed. Since this is a browser setting for each user instead of the theme I don’t believe that you can turn off reader mode.
Best regards,
MikeSeptember 19, 2024 at 2:56 pm #1467460Dear Mike,
Reader Mode is standard feature (not plugin) of standard default browser of apple devices used by many people (at least 20% of all market uses Safari).
It should be written in offer that your theme is not fully compatible with Safari.“- Doctor, when I do this movement I have the pain here in my hand!
– So, do not move like that and that’s it!”Thank you for your help.
Sincerely yours,
IgorSeptember 19, 2024 at 5:17 pm #1467469Hi,
I understand that this is built in to the browser and not a plugin, but it is controlled by the browser as to what content is shown in this mode.
I have asked the rest of the team if they have any ideas, Thank you for your patience.Best regards,
MikeSeptember 19, 2024 at 5:54 pm #1467472Thank you, Mike!
September 19, 2024 at 5:57 pm #1467473May be there is some markup (schema? xml? usually hidden in “beautiful mode” block which is shown only in reader mode? mobile version markup for the theme?) to add to the page to be shown well in reader mode.
