    Hi,
    I’d like to create a “read more” button in the description text of my portfolio item (see link attached in private content). There is an option in the text box, but it doesn’t have any effect. From previous threads I could read that there have been issues but couldn’t see a solution.

    I load your portfolio but can you please point us where exactly you want to add the Read more?
    Not sure I understood I am afraid.

    Hi Basilis,

    thanks for getting back to me. On the project pages there is a textbox below the opening slider. Some texts are just so long, that I’d like to insert a read more link between paragraphs, so that I can hide / show further text if it’s too long.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
