I have 4 times bought Kriesi Enfold for 4 different Websites. I want to setup a new 5th website again unsing Enfold. And I want to use one of the existing 4 licenses installed on one of the fore sites, which I dont need anymore. How can I find out the Kriesi Enfold Item Purchase Code which is used in the site I want to switch off?

    Hi Erwin,

The purchase codes should have been emailed to your at the time of purchase, and I think your receipts should be available in your Themeforest account as well. The purchase codes are not used to register and update the theme anymore though, tokens are used now instead: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If you want to use one of your old licenses, then you should be able to simply delete the site, then use the license in question on the new site.

    Best regards,

    Helo Rikard,

thank you for your quick answer.
Yes, it is correct, I have found on https://themeforest.net/downloads all information for all my Enfold licenses I have bought. But there is no hint of the type “this licese is used on the site xyz.de” . Also, in the wordpress admin interface unter “Enfold” I cannot find an information like “here the Enfold with Item purchase code ‘dc…….8f’ is used”.
What I do not understand: If I delete the site (which I willingly will do) I have no idea, which (!) of the four Enfold licenses will be free for reuse. In themeforest I have no information of the style “licese is used” or “license is free”.
Or di’nt I understand the whole concept?
Furthermore: The date of purchase wont help me, I’m afraid.
    Best regards
    Erwin

    Hi,

If you haven’t registered any of you licenses before, then it shouldn’t matter which one you use. When you do register them, I would recommend that you keep a record locally on your computer which license was used for which site. We don’t have the information you are looking for, so we can’t help you out with that unfortunately.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
