Hi!
The backend and fronted takes too long to load, and also slows my browser
I want to reinstall the theme in case something is set wrong, but I already built pages, post, categories…
I know that using Enfold>import/export I can keep my settings, but how can I keep my data, all the pages, post and categories I already created?thank you!

Have you made any changes on theme files? If you have not, you can simply overwrite the theme files and your content would be safe as they are saved on your database – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
