    Hi,
    how can I change the quotation marks from down to up: ” ?
    In (only (some cases) I need both in upper case, like: ”
    Wordpress is changing them to „word“ automatically (I have a German version of WordPress).
    In German text this is fine. But sometimes I write in English and I need them both up, like “word”.

    How can I have in some cases the quotation marks like: “word”?

    Kind regards Jak

    Hey Jak73,

    I’m not aware of any functionality which automatically changes that to be honest with you, if there is then it’s not coming from the theme at least. Where can we see this happening on your actual site?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Jak73,

    Please try to switch from Visual mode to Text mode, then use this for every double quote (remove the spaces)

    & q u o t ;

    Here’s a reference you can use: https://www.degraeve.com/reference/specialcharacters.php
    Hope it helps. :)
