    Hi there,

    Is it possible to change the behaviour of the quick search icon so it links to a custom URL?

    I don’t want to use WordPress search, would like to point it to a different non WP page.

    Any help would greatly be appreciated.

    Hey Optic14,

    All you need to do is to change the action url in the form and the form would submit wherever you need.

    Hi I just realised it would be much easier to do a new menu item and add a custom icon to it, then remove the existing AJAX search icon.

    No further action required – this can be marked resolved.
