Sorry, but I am a beginner and it is my first update. The quick css – are they normally still there after the update or do I have to save them? If yes, how should I do this? Just copy in any document and paste after the update is done? And all my other settings in the advanced stylings – they are normally still there after the update? Thank you very much for your answer.

Your Quick CSS code and theme settings are safe during the update. If you want to be safe and back up the settings then, you can go to Import/Export in the theme options and choose to export your theme settings.
