    Hi there,
    Fantastic theme.
All the style and code I have added inside the Quick CSS box has disappeared for some reason. The stle changes is still effective and the website is working fine. But The Box where I have added all the quick CSS is empty.

Could you please advise one why this has happened.

Its worth mentioning that I have had to swap between Maoin and Child Theme and then put it back to Child. Could that be the reason? and how can I sort this issue.

    Many thanks
    Emmy :)

    Hi Emmy,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have checked in Theme Options and it’s totally gone, I also tried to check if your site is archived in https://archive.org/web/ which can try to check on the css and retrieve it.
    The css is stored inside wp-content > uploads > dynamic_avia > enfold.css (or enfold_child.css).
Is Maoin a child theme or another theme just like Enfold?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    HI Nikko,

Thank you for your reply. The theme is an enfold child theme and I have used one of the demos.
I have logged in to the FTP and opened the files you mentioned but they are still not showing all the changes I already did to the quick CSS area. where could they be stored? where is the website calling the css from?

Sorry please help as I need to make some alterations and change some of the styles I added on the quick CSS area.

    many thanks
    Emmy

    Hi Emmy,

Since you were using Maoin theme before, activating it again might restore back what’s in Quick CSS, then you just copy it and activate the new child theme and paste the css code.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,
Thank you for your reply. When you Say Maoin… do you mean Main?
I have also tried that and the Quick CSS area is still Blank. Not sure where is the website calling the css from?
    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi Emmy,

You can switch to the parent theme and see if the Quick css fill there. Do not press to save theme options. If you have the code there you can copy it to the child theme.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,
I already did that, I clicked and swapped to the parent them under Apperance>themes. But the CSS area was still empty.
    Thanks

    Hi,
If your Quick CSS is empty but the css is still working there is a good chance that it is loading from your
    /wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/avia-merged-styles-a54e3191159416645362abec3b7bbc1d.css
there may be many files in the directory but this is the one that is loading.

    Best regards,
    Mike
