Since I purchased your theme at themeforest.net on 2024, and now my site doesn’t work some part, I need your support.
When I logged in support page “https://kriesi.at/support”, it says “You are expired”. What is this means?
Should I pay “renew support” at themeforest.net?

Your support license may have expired. You need to log in to your Themeforest account and renew the support license.
Can you provide the link to the site with the issue? Please make sure that the site is updated to version 7.0.

And my issue the links are two pages.
1. Recently, I need to update new contents for parents (my business is preschool), but it doesn’t upload them properly. Suddenly disappeared or never upload it, etc..
2. After I logged in my wordpress site – http://www.brightmindskid.com/wp-admin , but when I clicked each menu, it seems like “out of wordpress site”.
I mean I can’t click any of them to edit. I have to back http://www.brightmindskid.com/wp-admin this URL, and need to log in again and again.Hi,

The site is using a very old version of the theme (5.7). Please log in to your Themeforest account, download the latest version (7.0), extract the enfold.zip file and its contents, and then upload it to your server via FTP. You can also contact your hosting provider if you need further assistance with uploading the theme.
