Questions about hiring someone to edit my Enfold site

I had someone work on my website who is no longer available. I have worked with the Avia Layout Builder (advanced layout editor) in the past, but the person who had edited this site used lots of advanced functionality that is beyond my understanding and skillset (advanced layer sliders, multiple design versions for mobile/desktop, etc.) I now need to hire someone to make site edits, and I have several questions:

1. If a page is edited in the Avia Layout Builder, it must continue to be edited this way, correct?
2. If I were to hire someone, should I require that they are well-versed with this builder? Or do you think they can learn it pretty quickly (if necessary at all)
3. Do you guys have anyone in-house or 3rd party partners who you could direct me to who know your theme/builder in and out that could work for me on a freelance basis to implement site edits?

Really just looking for feedback on the best way to source a designer for a site that was built with the Avia Layout Builder/Advanced Layout Editor on Enfold.
