Question to invoices, chart and checkout

Hello, first of all I wish you a happy new year!
Just bought my second licence of your theme for my new shop ;-)
Hav a question regarding taxes checkout and pdf invoices.

I switched the second shop to tax modell – everything is fine so far.
For pdf invoices I use plugin WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips.

I would like to be able to change some things on the invoice and in the cart and checkout.
So a general question, the changes I make in Woocomerce -> Germanized -> Settings Pricing are ignored for cart and checkout in the most cases – is this right, are they overwritten by the theme?

So I would like to change for example “PREIS” in Cart in PREIS (NETTO).
In the checkout I would like to see also the Unit Price not only the total price.
At least on the pdf invoice I see only total prices and not the per Unit price – there are also some changes I would like to have, currently the invoice has not “brutto” and “netto” but I am not sure where the layout comes from.
Maybe for the last point is support from the plugin vendor neccessary

You can get acces of course to my shop, its not productive at the moment.
