    Hello!

    We created a website for one of our customers. Therefor we sold an Enfold license.
    Now our customer doesn’t want to use the website anymore and asked us for the license files so he can use the license on it’s own.
    Is it allowed that we grant him access to the license/source files of Enfold or does he need to rebuy a fresh license to do that?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Since download and purchase processes are managed by Envato, you should contact their support team and ask if it would be possible to transfer licenses from one account to another. As far as i know, it is not possible.

    If you have registered to our support forum using the purchase code, you can post it here privately and we would remove your account so your client could register to our forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and you can generate API key and pass it to them so they can receive auto updates – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ however if they want access to theme files, they might need to re-purchase the theme.
