 in 2016 I bought your theme for a project.
 Today I have a new project (and 2-3 questions) so I payed Support for 6 month in themeforest/ envatomarket but how create a ticket on your support page? I see nothing to do that
 I just received the invoices by email…
 or it takes a little while for the update?

 I can create another account with another email, but I will have the same problem with my purchase code to create it….

Blue button to start new threads under Enfold sub forum – https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold is only visible to logged in users. If you were unable to start new threads, that could have been related to your browser cache. Regards,
