    Do I need to re-load the whole theme within WordPress or can I simply hit an “update” button within WordPress to update the theme .. hope it’s the latter…

    Under “Theme Options” you can update your Theme from the WordPress Dashboard

    You need to enter your Themeforest API Key there.

    Please also not that some times Envato API is having issues, if that does not work, please upload the template files manually.
