I know this is not the right place to ask this, but I REALLY cant see how else to get in touch with you. Please advice me to the right mailadress or link.
My question is; I posted a question many days ago in support forum about a ‘menu’… ticketnr. #1150075. But I can’t figure out if it indeed is submittet. It has a ticketnumber but it also has an error message still today saying: ‘Are you sure you want to do that?’
Im so confused. I asked to get notified by mail when someone has answered but I wait and wait but get no notification.
Is it submittet or not? Is somebody going to help me resolve my issue or not? Should a repeat my question by creating a new ticket or not?
