This may not be the right area to ask this, but I have been a customer since 2013. I upgrade my website all the time, but I have noticed you have come out with new templates and layouts (like Enfold 2017).
I really need an upgrade to my site, to make it download a little faster etc and have thought about buying another template elsewhere. Can we actually get those upgrades you have made or do I need to buy the whole theme again?

You do not need to purchase the theme once again. You can simply login on ThemeForest with the account you purchased Enfold and go to Downloads section to download the latest version. Or you can simply insert your username and API key in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. You would need to login to our forum to see the link. If you do not remember your forum credentials, please let us know so we can reset them :)

YigitOh! Well I have been updating the theme within WP with the API key, I have version (4.0.2) right now. What I can’t tell is how to change the templates with those new awesome themes. Is that something I need to download? Or is there printed information on how to do it? I want to be careful as my website has a lot of information and I don’t want to totally screw up the formatting. Thanks!

We would recommend you to create a testing environment from scratch and import Enfold 2017 demo there. If you import it on your existing site, it will overwrite Enfold theme options and will import additional pages, posts media elements etc.
You do not need a separate license for your testing installation :)
