    Hello,

    Since a few month I am the webmaster of a wordpress site, with the Enfold theme. The Enfold theme was bought by the previous webmaster around 2,5 years ago.

    Yesterday I tried to register for the Enfold Support Forum. But to do that, I need the purchase code. I tried to get it, but the owner of the website doesn’t have it,
    and there’s no contact option with the previous webmaster.

    Is there any other way how I can get access to the support forum, or any other way how I can ask for support? Yesterday we changed the header image, and now the layout isn’t working correctly anymore on tablet and mobile. I’m looking and trying to solve it, in the Enfold theme settings, adding extra css-code but so far no luck there.

    I do a have a themeforest api key. It’s for the website http://www.yoga-g.nl.

    Hopefully you can help me out here. I don’t have enough knowledge of this to solve by myself…

    Hey Madelon van de Water,

    So you already own a license for the theme that you use on the yoga site? If so you can use those details to register on the forum, could you try to register using those?
