Hi,
I used the enfold theme to create a blog. I would like to have a portfolio site as well.
But i am not sure if I have to buy a second license?
Where I have my hosting, the portfolio site is a subdomein, but have another webadres (if you know what I mean?)
When I have to buy another license do I have to install enfold again en create the portfolio again?
Or can I have my site and just put the new license in it?
I hope you understand my question, I am new in this :)
Both sites are not online yet.I hope so that I don’t have to start all the work again.
I read different answers in the enfold topic but it is confusing what I need to do.Thanks for your help.

I’m not sure if I understand correctly, If you are building with Enfold on a sub-domain and are ready to move your site to the main domain to go live, then Themeforest would not require another license, because it’s just one site being moved.
If you are using the theme for a different project that is not related to the first one Themeforest would require you to purchase another license. If the two are related and are on the same domain then another license would not be necessary.

For me it is difficult to understand as well :)
I had to create a different domeinname but is is a subdomein by my host.
But the two sites are different, with different names. so I think I have to have another license?
I created te portfolio site and not insert the APK key. because I was not sure if I can use the APK key in two sites.
I used the APK key only for the miss blue sky and not for my portfolio.
When I buy a new license for the portfolio site…di I have to install enfold again or can I use it like it is now and give it the new APK key that I buy as a new license?
The two sites are not online yet, only under construction because I want to clear this out first and I don’t want to make any mistakesHow is it possible to have two sites on the same domein?
I am sorry if I am difficult to understand but it is difficult for me as well :)

ps; I went to the host site and checked out that i have one main site, missbluesky and one subsite that is the portfolio.
but they have different names…. so what do I do best?thanks again and soft for the confusing questions!

In this case you will need a second license. But you can just enter your new APK key in the new site that doesn’t have a APK key yet.Best regards,

Last question…..yesterday the enfold theme was for sale the price was 39 dollar.
Today it is still for sale but it has the old price of 59 dollar?Way is that?
I do not have a lot of money so I would be very happy when I can have it for the price it was yesterday….

Last question. I have to import te license link in the parent theme and the child theme I think?
When the child theme get any updates my settings will not change? I hope :)

The users name i have so put in as well.
Is it the name on the license? or the username theme forest? that are Two different names in my case.sorry

When you are using a child theme as the activate theme and you update the parent theme your custom changes will not be lost.
Using the child theme is the best way to go.
I’m not sure about the user name, do you mean the WordPress user name, or the license user name? Can you please take a screenshot of the field you are looking at and post it in the Private Content area so I can advise correctly?Best regards,

If you made adjustments in the theme options in the parent theme, you can export those settings and import them into a child theme, and so the license key can be copied too.

That part I anderstand…I didn’t make changes in the parent theme but made a child theme and did my design there.
but it is not clear for me if I had to put in the APK in the parent AND the child theme as well. I do not want the child theme changes as there is a update…I also don’t know withs name I have to put in..is it the name i have as profile bij themeforest of is it the name by my license?

When you update, the parent theme updates, the child theme does not, but you need to put the license key in the child theme options.

Do I have to put in the APK key in the child theme or not? I do not want to have changes after any update.
But I want that my enfold theme works well.I made my design in a childtheme, I do not understand all the options in the document you send me ( i am a absoluut beginner). I do not want to start all over again…

I researched further and found that You will want to enter the API details in the parent theme, then you can just switch back to continue working on the child.
