    Hi I would like to purchase this theme today.

    I understand that it is actually several themes in one and I can choose the components I like to create the type of web site I want. Is that correct?

    The default folder for wordpress is themes/enfold Is it possible to rename the directory to something else? I want it custom for SEO purposes and to disguise the theme I am using.

    Hey mike,

    That is correct, you can import several different demos and then use the Layout Builder to customise the layout. You can also import different parts of the demos using shortcode.

    You can rename the theme, but I would advise against it since your automatic updates will not work after that. Though you can always update manually if you still want to rename it. http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    hi, Thanks for the reply. I will find another solution. Didn’t know it would take more than a day to answer a pre-sale question. How long does it take to answer support if I did buy? When web sites are being made or remade support issues can be critical

    Hi,

    We handle pre sales and support tickets the same, first in first out. So you can expect more or less the same response time for support. We usually reply within 24 hours, but we’ve had a lot of requests lately so sometimes it can be more than that unfortunately.
