    Hi!
    I’m creating a website based on Enfold Band demo. Please check http://www.backstageontour.com/wp on iphone. I would like to start the movie on the same way as it does on desktop. Now “latest news” is shown above the movie and the movie is not playing. Is this possible?

    I tried to upload the movie on server but then the movie will not cover the whole element.

    Can you please help me?

    Hey famewebdesign,
    On mobile the video will not play automatically as in the desktop, this is a limitation in mobile devices. A work around is to use the layerslider and add the video.

    Okay, thanks. I tried to activate layerslider using my purchase code but it says its not correct. See private content.

    Hi,
    There is no need to activate the layerslider, it works as-is.
    If you did buy the layerslider separately then you will need to upload the plugin and activate it, the built in layerslider can not be activated.

    Hi,

    It does say not activated since no license key has been entered, which they only grant to those who purchased the standalone version.

    Got it!
    Created a layerslider and a slide containing the video. But the video is not showing on mobile Phone. What am I doing wrong? Tried to set the video as background (in layerslider) but that does not seem to work.

    Hi famewebdesign,

    There seems to be an issue with Enfold 4.2 and WP 4.9, though it works well on the previous version of WP (4.8.3). Can you try to rollback to 4.8.3? Just make sure to do a backup first.

    Reversed back to 4.8.3. but still does not work. Movie won’t play on mobile Phone… Any other ideas? Is there a workaround or any other way to make this work?

    I’ve added the video from server. Would it make a difference when I use a Youtube link?

    I already tried to ask this question on the layerslider forum but the purchase code I got when I bought Enfold is not accepted. So I can;’t ask my question there. If nobody knows a solution, does anyone know a workaround then? It’s important that on this site the movie also works on tablet and Phone…

    Okay, thanks for your answer. Can you give me any indication when this issue will be solved? The site I’m working on has to go live in january 2018.
