    Hi
    I’ve just purchased Enfold theme and have 6 other Enfold client sites, but cannot find a way to contact Support. My question is ‘Cannot install Yoast into Enfold theme website’ (installation failing) for which there is no forum answer.

    Where can I post a support question?

    Thanks a lot for buying Enfold and be a client of us, we do appreciate it a lot!
    To contact us, you have to register at the forums and you will use your Licenses to do the managment
    After that, you can raise any question.

    Regarding your SEO issue can you let us know exactly what you tried and did not worked?

    Hi Basilis
    I’ll do that.
    What I did was go to Plugins in admin area, search for Yoast SEO and then clicked install button. I tried it several times and each time Install failed.

    Hi,

    We didn’t have similar issues as the one you have said, try to change theme like the default wordpress theme twentyseventeen and try to install the Yoast SEO plugin, if it doesn’t work that’s probably some server configuration issues, if it does, please do what Basilis suggested, register in the forum and post your query. :)
