Hi enfold team,
I have quality problems on my images when I look my website on IE or Firefox. (it works well on Chrome and Safari).
As you can see, the quality of my second image on IE and Firefox is very bad : http://www.dual-time.fr/audemars-piguet-montres/royal-oak-15300st/#caracteristiques-techniques
It seems to be due to the resized image. I’d like this image to be 700×700 pixels in my lightbox, but I want it to be adapted in my page. So when I add an image 700×700 pixels in my page via avia layout builder, I want it to be perfect in other sizes on Internet Explorer and Firefox.
Thank you for your help,
OmarApril 7, 2016 at 4:00 am #609287Hey omardualtime!
Thank you for using Enfold.
We checked the site on Firefox and Chrome and the resized dimension of the “ROYAL OAK 15300ST” image is the same on both browsers, 412x512px. Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue?
Cheers!
IsmaelApril 11, 2016 at 4:38 pm #611438Hi,
If you look at this page http://www.dual-time.fr/audemars-piguet-montres/royal-oak-15300st/#caracteristiques-techniques specially the image named “CADRAN-15300-BLANCHE”, you see that the resized dimension is the same on both browsers (302×302). The size is OK on both browsers.
The quality of this image is good on Chrome : http://www.dual-time.fr/quality-image-chrome.jpg
But really bad on Firefox and IE : http://www.dual-time.fr/quality-image-firefox.jpg
It’s the same image but the quality is not the same on Chrome and IE and Firefox. Do you see the differences ? (the background of the watch is not sharp)
That’s what I meant.
Thanks for your help,

Please try this in the Quick CSS field:
.avia-mozilla img, .avia-mozilla a img { image-rendering: auto !important; }
Cheers!

image-rendering: auto !important;
}

It’s about these image : http://imgur.com/a/gEHcg
You can see that on chrome the image has a good quality (the first one). On the contrary, on IE image has a bad quality (aliasing) (the second one)

April 28, 2016 at 9:00 am #623541Hey!
I’m not sure if we can do more about this because it seems to be an issue related to ie image resizing. The only workaround I can think of is to resize the logo image to the exact size of the the slide_entry container which is 102x72px.
