    Our site needs an update, but we the person who once installed and configured the site are no longer in our company, and we have no login or API.
    So my questions are: Can we just purchase the newest version of Enfold and make an upgrade of our site. And which php-version is used for that version?

    Yes, in your case you could simply purchase a new license and update the theme.

    After purchasing a license, please register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ using your purchase code and refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/ update the theme to the latest version.

    thanks for your answer – we will purchase a new license. Just to be sure – our hosting company only supports php 7.2, nothing below that. Will the newest version of Enfold run on that?

    Hi,

    Yes, the latest version of Enfold supports PHP 7.2. Minimum recommended version is 5.4 but since your service provider supports 7.2, you would not have any issues :)
