    I have the Enfold Theme on my website but the support is due to expire. I would like to purchase the extended support for another 12 months but can only find an option to buy the licence and support together.

    In case it helps to know, my web developer purchased the theme on my behalf and it is under her name (Natasha Solley).

    Hey Carol,

    Thanks for contacting us!

    You can only extend the support after purchasing the license therefore if your developer purchased it for you, they should be able to extend it as well. Purchase and support is connected to the same account :)
