    I purchased this theme back in October 2020 and it is still working great, BUT, I just went in to make a change and for some reason the Avia Layout Builder page loads for a page but the content is nothing but the spinner, and it never updates.
    The page loads on the site fine.
    I can’t get to your support forums since the purchase was sometime ago (Purchase Code: 6d45f5b9-b8f4-4c12-a956-f2ce520d9aed).

    It would be great if I could get some sense of direction on what is going on.
    I did look at the plugins for the site and there are none there, well there are 2 that are disabled. I can’t recall what ones need to be there or not.

    Would it make sense to have to reinstall the theme, and would this remove any of the content I have built out in the site?

    I can’t register for the forum since it seems my key is no longer valid so I am at your mercy on this.

    Hey Jason Brodie,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    What did you change, and what is the current version of the theme? Please make sure that the theme is updated to version 5.6.10. If the automatic update in the dashboard is not working, try to update the theme manually via S/FTP.
