    Purchased LayerSlider and have a purchase code (see private content). However, when I try to use that code to register for support, it’s rejected. I entered that code for the plugin on the site and it worked and is active now. When I go to theme forest.net/downloads, the plugin is not in the list. Hope you can help. I need support.
