    We just purchased 3 licenses and can’t access the customization portion of the theme. We continue to get a 500 error or can’t save. I can’t find the minimum server requirements and/or permission settings to ensure it’s set-up correctly.

    Hey smulligan,

    What customisations are you referring to? Please try to explain a bit further. We recommend that you run PHP 5.6 or higher on the server, other than that you would have to be more specific as to what is not working.

    I figured it out. It was the allocated server memory.
